Algeria Confirmed First Coronavirus Death

Algeria has reported its first death because of COVID-19. As what is stated by The Spectator Index, it is their first recorded death so far.

Additionally, there is also no increasing cases of the infection. As stated by the Thomson Reuters Foundation, the cases are still 20 confirmed and most cases in the town of Blida.

Algeria said before that it will forbid economic, social and political gatherings. But, it does not clear if this would include weekly mass protests that have bothered the capital for a year.
