THE LATEST: PTPN Loan Repayment Extended To 6 Months Effective Today Until Sept 30

The government today in a press conference that was broadcast live announced to postponed PTPN loan repayment extended to 6 months, from 3 months initially.

“The government has agreed to extend the period from 3 months to 6 months for the delay in repayment of the National Higher Education Fund Corporation Loan (PTPTN) loan amounting to RM750 million.

“The delay is effective from today to 30 September 2020 and is expected to benefit almost 1.5 million PTPTN borrowers,” the prime minister said.
