15 New COVID-19 Cases Confirmed, Still No New Death Cases Reported in Malaysia

According to the Ministry Of Health Malaysia (KKM), there are 15 new cases of COVID-19 infections that have been confirmed.

From those cases, 2 case was import cases while the other 13 was local cases. This resulted in a total of 8,587 cases of COVID-19 in Malaysia.

Therefore, the total number of active cases with COVID-19 infection was 289 cases. They were isolated and treated.

It was announced by Director-General of Health, Datuk Dr. Noor Hisham Abdullah on COVID-19 press conference today.

To date, 2 positive cases of Covid-19 are being treated in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU). Of these, there are no cases that required respiratory assistance.

It also has been reported that there are also no COVID-19 deaths cases that have been reported today. Thus, the cumulative number of COVID-19 deaths in Malaysia was still 121 cases.
