UTC All Over Malaysia Will Extend Services Time Starting July 1, 2020

The Government will extend and standardize operating hours at Urban Transformation Centers (UTC) effectively on July 1, 2020.

According to the Prime Minister, Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin, the decision was made after he received a public complaint that hoping that government services could operate outside of office hours.

“I believe that most people still expect this government service to operate outside of office hours, to facilitate business with government agencies.

“As a result, the government has agreed to extend and standardize operating hours at Urban Transformation Centers or UTC throughout the country effective July 1, 2020,” he said.
