Popular Bollywood actress Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and her daughter, Aaradhya has been tested positive COVID-19. It was stated by her husband, Abishek Bachchan through his tweet on Twitter.
“Aishwarya and Aaradhya have also tested COVID-19 positive. They will be self quarantining at home,” said Abishek on the tweet.
“The BMC has been updated of their situation and are doing the needful. The rest of the family including my Mother have tested negative. Thank you all for your wishes and prayers,” he added.
Abishek before this has also tested positive COVID-19 alongside his father, a legendary Bollywood actor, Amitabh Bachchan. Both of them have been taken to the hospital.
It was confirmed on his tweet that was uploaded on Sunday.
“My father and I remain in hospital till the doctors decide otherwise,” he tweeted. “Everyone please remain cautious and safe. Please follow all rules!”
Both Abishek Bachchan and Aishwarya Rai were married in 2007. In 2011, they had their first child named Aaradhya.
