According to Dr. Muhammad Harid Hussin, this simple exercise can give you 5 benefits especially for women.

Let’s do squats exercise every day.

For women, this exercise can make you look more beautiful and sexy!

These squats exercise has a lot of positive effects on the body. I personally use it as my warm up before workout. Squats are between exercises that require no tools and are very economical. Here I share the benefits for women;

1. Get rid of cellulite.

Squats cause muscle and skin tension on the abdomen, buttocks and thighs. When you do it consistently, your blood flow gets better. As a result, the flow of oxygen and nutrients increases in cellulite and it stimulates the growth of healthy muscles and smoother and flawless skin cells.

2. Increase muscle growth and skin growth hormone.

This hormone is important for women in their 30s.

3. Good for posture.

If you do it the right way, it makes your postures flicker.

4. Narrow thighs and buttocks.

5. Burn calories and fat

These 1 squats can burn almost 0.32 calories. If you make 100 squats, you can burn 32 calories.
