(Video) Volunteers In Lebanon Help Reunite Lost Pets With Owners After Explosion

For those who have pets, they must love these animals very much and have considered them as their own family. As pet owner, what can be done when these pet were lost in an unexpected disaster?

Since the explosion in Beirut, pet owners have been separated from their pets which went missing caused from the explosion.

A group of animal-loving volunteers sprang into action after the massive explosion in Beirut seeking to reunite pets who got lost in the hubbub with their owners.

Animals Lebanon, an NGO based in Beirut, focused not only bringing animals back to owners but also on helping rescue and get animals sheltered after the blast that killed more than 130 people.

 

In the video, it shows that these volunteers taking lost dogs back to their owners. “We have had more than 40 people working in teams of two or three. So far, we found about 20 lost animals,” said Animals Lebanon.
