Wealthy Neighbors Dumped Tonnes of Rubbish onto Neighbor’s Garden

Living in a community needs you to have a good relationship with your neighbors. This is to keep the community in peace. The lively neighborhood will create a good ambiance in the community.

But some times we do have confrontations with our neighbors. Some people like to live in a home far from neighbors as they wanted to avoid handling fussy neighbors. This neighborhood in West London showed the worst neighbor you could ever have.

Gurvinder Singh Luthra was accused of throwing tonnes of rubbish into his neighbor’s land. The land belongs to a property developer, Cliff Hamilton. Mr. Hamilton was frustrated after he found the rubbish. He claimed that that rubbish could not come from any other places, unless from the neighbor.

Mr. Hamilton decided to dump back all the rubbish to the neighbor’s garden. A video was recorded by Mr. Luthra’s son showing Mr. Hamilton’s actions. The video recorded workmen throwing items over the brick wall onto Mr. Luthra’s property. Police then were called to keep the peace.

Mr. Hamilton recently bought the land after the council put the land for auction and planned to build a house on it. The land had been empty for seven years after the gas blast.

According to Mr. Luthra, the land has been empty since 2013 because of an incident that had killed 2 people. The incident happened due to a gas blast and destroyed three houses that previously stood on the land. Mr. Luthra and other neighbors have tried to prevent the land from being a fly-tipping place. They have tried to stop the land from being littered. He also said that there was a van that came to the land and dumped a load of rubbish last month.

Mr. Luthra declared that he is innocent of the acts and will be suing the neighbor for accusing him. Mr. Hamilton said he will offer the neighbors the opportunity to pay for the clearance prior to taking any legal action.
