Daughter Tortured To Death By Mother, Father Helps Bury Body

We believed that mothers will always love their children. However, we cannot deny the fact that this natural instinct has gone in some mothers.

We are living in a world where it takes our whole life to trust a person. Nowadays, there are lot of news where family members become someone who cannot be trusted.

In Indonesia, it was reported that a girl died after she was beaten by her mother.  The incident happened in the Cijaku district, Lebak, Banten.

The Cijaku Police received a report from the local residents after they found a suspicious grave in Gunung Keneng’s public cemetery. The authorities and the residents dug up the grave and found the fully-clothed 8-year old girl.

After further investigation, the police managed to find the parents of the girl. Both father and mother were arrested as they were alleged to be behind the girl’s death.

According to the Lebak’s Police criminal investigation unit head, Adj. Comr. David Adhi Kusuma said that the mother had tortured her daughter when she was assisting her daughter to do her homework. The mother was frustrated with her daughter saying that she was difficult to teach and started to torture her.

The father stopped the mother from torturing the daughter after she showed signs of breathing problems. The daughter after a moment died. This situation leads them to bury their daughter at the cemetery. Both of them were charged with violating Article 80 of the 2014 Child Protection Law on child murder and Article 388 of the Criminal Code on attempted murder.
