GPS for Parents to Track Children 24/7 Launched in Singapore

The Global Positioning System or GPS previously was developed to allow accurate determination of geographical locations by the military and civil users.

Now, GPS has revolutionized our daily life. We frequently use GPS to track for locations we are heading to. Knowing the location of your beloved ones can be easier too when using the GPS.

A tech company in Singapore, myFirst recently launches a service that provides unlimited GPS tracking for parents to track their children. The service also includes messaging, voice, and video call services for S$25 a month.

To allow the users to track for their children’s locations 24/7, the “Stay Connected with Your Loved Ones” service comes with a kid’s smartwatch, a parent’s application, connectivity, data storage, and server application.

The parents have to subscribe to a 12-month plan to be able to rent the smartwatch. The smartwatch, myFirst Fone S2 have specifications of a 2MP built-in camera for video calls. It also has a touchscreen feature that allows children to send texts.

There are a few more features that attract the parents to subscribe to this service. Some of the features are the Classroom Mode, Geo-Fencing, and One-Touch SOS. These features help the parents to monitor the children’s safety and life every day and at any time they want.
