Often Have Migraines? Follow These Simple Tips By MOH To Avoid It

Have you all often felt a headache that sometimes interferes with your daily activities? The headache that you all facing is most likely a migraine.

According to a statement by the Ministry of Health Malaysia (MOH), migraine is a recurring headache. This migraine will usually occur on the side of the head only.

“Among the factors that cause migraines are stress, irregular sleeping habits, alcohol, bright lighting, lack of rest from work, and even skipping meals,” said MOH at its official Twitter account.

To prevent migraines, MOH has listed some tips for everyone to practice. Here are the tips:

Tips to prevent migraines:

  • Avoid caffeinated beverages
  • Avoid stress
  • Avoid salty foods, processes, and cheeses
  • Get enough sleep and rest
  • Exercise
  • Balanced diet intake
