Type A Blood Supply Decreasing, MOH Seeks For More Donations

The Ministry of Health Malaysia (MOH) through Facebook recently requested the help of the public to donate blood, especially for type A blood which is seen to be declining.

“To blood group A blood donors, we know you are AWESOME, we know you are AMAZING, we know you are ATTRACTIVE, we really need your ADIWIRA blood,” the MOH said in the statement.

You can donate blood at the PDN Static Blood Donation Center at:

1. National Blood Center, Jalan Tun Razak
Monday – Friday: 7.30 am to 8.00 pm
Saturday – Sunday & Public Holidays: 8.00 am to 8.00 pm

2. Puspanita Blood Donation Suite, Precinct 10, Putrajaya
Monday – Sunday: 10.00 am to 6.00 pm

3.PDN Donation Suite, Midvalley Megamall, Level 3 (Mezzanine), (Upstairs Daiso)
Monday – Sunday: 10.00 am to 9.00 pm

Not only that, but donors can also donate blood at a nearby blood donation campaign.
