Woman Who Killed Soldier In Horrific Crash Charged In Court

This topic has been a very hot issue for quite a while and finally has found its resolution. The specific driver that drove the Perodua Myvi that has killed one of the members of the Royal Malaysian Navy (RMN) was finally sentenced to six years in prison and fined RM8,000 for driving under the influence of drugs.

Magistrate Suhaila Shafi’uddin has made the decision after the accused pleaded guilty after the charge was read out at the Johor Magistrate’s Court on the 15th of October 2020.

The particular 23-year-old woman faced five charges and that includes reckless driving resulting in death, drug abuse, and also not having any driving license that allows her to drive.

As you can see in the video, the woman was escorted by the police when she arrived at the court compound at about 8.30 am and was pushed indoors in a wheelchair.

The victim of her irresponsible behavior is Senior Soldier Mohd Rizal Buseri aged 31 years old, who died at the scene while she survived the crash.
