1. Yubari Melon –RM122,000

Yubari Milk Watermelon from Japan was successfully auctioned off at a price of RM122,000 in 2018. Only 500 seeds will be produced annually from 8 farmers operating in Yubari, Japan.

2. Lost Garden of Heligan Pineapples – RM55,000

This pineapple located in Cornwill reaches an expensive price due to its unique method of cultivation. This pineapple cultivation uses horse manure and urine and greenhouse techniques. That is why the price of this pineapple can reach up to RM55,000 each.

3. Ruby Roman Grapes -RM46,000

Having a much larger size than regular grapes, this Roman Ruby grape is grown in the Ishikawa district of Japan. This wine takes 2 years to produce each seed. The highest price ever achieved for this wine is RM46,000 in an auction in 2019.

4. Densuke Watermelon –RM25,750

Densuke watermelon has a relatively unit shape and very sweet taste compared to other watermelons. According to Fresh Plaza, in an auction event in 2008, a Densuke Watermelon managed to reach a price of RM25,750.

5. Tyo no Tamago Mangoes – RM10,000

In Australia, in honor of the mango farmers working in the Northern Territory, every year there will be an auction event involving their crops as a charity event.

According to Fresh Plaza, the mangoes were auctioned in the quantity of one tray and the highest sales record was held in the 2012 event at a price of RM138 thousand for a mango tray containing 14 seeds. Can say RM10,000 each.
