Tony Fernandes Is Selling His Luxurious 125-Acre UK Estate For RM13.5 Million

Tan Sri Tony Fernandes who is the founder of AirAsia is reportedly selling his own 125-acre luxurious estate that is specifically located in Dalrymple, Scotland for the total cost of RM13.5 million. According to a current report, airline magnate is also taking a huge toll due to the COVID-19 pandemic like many other people in this whole world.

Because of that, Tan Sri Tony Fernandes has decided to sell off his own Ayrshire estate which comes with three separate structures. Tan Sri Tony Fernandes who is also a former Queens Park Rangers football club owner, is said to have resided in the estate for seven whole years. The particular estate is located on a really huge piece of land.

This luxurious property owned by him is called the Skeldon Estate. This particular estate comes equipped with five bedrooms in the main house, two of which are suites furnished with dressing rooms and ensuite bathrooms. The 18th-century classical Georgian country house named Skeldon House is believed to be designed by James Miller.

Savills which is a prominent real estate firm stated, “The accommodation is bright and spacious with classic Georgian proportions”. It also added, “The ground floor comprises an impressive reception hall with black and white tiled floor and main staircase leading to a gallery landing; located off is the grand drawing room to the east and dining room to the west, both open out onto the beautiful conservatory which leads out to the south lawn”.

This huge size of 9,000sqft living space also has luxurious amenities such as a sauna, gym, games room, wine cellar, fireplace, and many more interesting things.

This particular estate do comes with a U-shaped 18th-century coach house and also a castle cottage as well. The particular 5,300sqft coach house is said to be a space for the estate office, garages, former stables, byre, storage and also two semi-detached stone-built cottages. For the 976sqft castle cottage, it comprises of a sitting room, kitchen, bathroom and also two bedrooms.
