Tesco Malaysia Officially Changes Its Name To Lotuss Stores Malaysia

Tesco Malaysia has officially rebranded to Lotuss Stores Malaysia. The announcement has recently made on the 15th of February 2021 and it is posted on its official Facebook page.

Tesco Plc has agreed to sell its business to CP Retail Development Company Ltd (CPRD) for US $ 10.6 billion that is equivalent to RM43.1 billion.

According to a statement, Lotuss Stores or Lotus’s Malaysia (previously known as Tesco Malaysia) is under CP Group. The company acquired all of Malaysia’s Tesco outlets last year.

Based on Tesco Malaysia’s ‘About’ section on Facebook, the company will completely rebrand by the end of 2021.
