‘John Wick’ Stunt Team Receives Personalized Rolex Watches From Keanu Reeves

Keanu Reeves proved that he’s more than earned his reputation as one of Hollywood’s nicest people by lavishing presents on the stunt squad on his latest picture.

Following the completion of filming on John Wick: Chapter 4, the actor invited the stunt crew from the film to join him for dinner in Paris on Saturday night, where he presented each of them with a customized Rolex Submariner watch, which retails for just under $10,000 each. Bruce Concepcion, Jeremy Marinas, Dave Camarillo, and Li Qiang were all given one of these very rare clocks, each with a unique message from Reeves etched on it.

Reeves gave the watches to Bruce Concepcion, Jeremy Marinas, Dave Camarillo, and Li Qiang. The actor etched handwritten messages to each individual on the inside of each watch. Marinas posted a photo of the gift on Instagram Stories, giving his followers a closer look at the Rolex and saying “greatest wrap gift ever” in the caption.

He also exhibited the inside inscription, “The John Wick Five,” as well as a more personal remark from Reeves, “Jeremy.” Keanu JW4 2021, thank you.” Concepcion also took to social media to show off his Rolex, writing, “Got that new thank you buddy KR.”

But “The John Wick Five” isn’t over yet. The dream squad will reunite in the near future to film John Wick 5, which Lionsgate announced last summer had been picked up and will begin filming immediately. Scripts for the following two parts of the John Wick action franchise are now being written, with John Wick 4 set to hit theatres Memorial Day weekend 2022.

When Keanu becomes available early next year, they plan to shoot both John Wick 4 and 5 back to back, according to the studio’s CEO John Feltheimer. The John Wick franchise has been a huge smash for the studio, grossing $584.2 million in the first three installments and spawning a Starz TV series, The Continental, which will air shortly after the fourth film hits theatres next summer.

Reeves has never been afraid to make sweet gestures. During the production of Bill and Ted Face the Music in Louisiana in July 2019, Reeves noticed a sign on the front yard of someone’s home that read, “You’re stunning.”

The statement was a throwback to a famous occurrence at the E3 video game convention when Reeves repeated the words to the crowd after a fan shouted the phrase at him from the audience. Reeves pulled over to the side of the road when he saw the sign and kneeled in the grass to write, “Stacey, You’re Breathtaking!” along with his signature.

A Twitter user eventually admitted to being the woman behind the card and provided a photo with Reeves to prove it. They knew Keanu Reeves was filming across the street, so her son suggested they build a “you’re stunning” sign, which they did! A couple automobiles came to a halt, but suddenly one came to a halt, and there he was!! He actually came to a halt! Oh, my goodness! “she penned. In May, a reporter detailed the moment the actor bought an ice cream cone simply so he could sign the receipt for a 16-year-old fan, and his practise of completing down-to-earth and compassionate things for his fans went viral.
