Kristal Astro Is Shutting Down In Brunei After 21 Long Years of Operation

After a long 21 years of great operation, Kristal Astro has finally announced that they would be shutting down their own operation in Brunei starting on the 31st of March in the year 2022 at 11.59 pm. They said that this final decision was made due to the fast-changing of trends in technology that causes huge shifts in the preferences of customers.

According to their own decision, all of the accounts will be finally terminated. To all the customers that have created an account with them, the representatives of the company will be in touch with the customers through the phone regarding the accounts made within the next several days. The representatives also will reach out about the refund.

Kristal Astro has stated on their own Instagram post stating, “We would like to thank you for your patronage, especially those who have been with us since day one. Your support means a lot to us and it has been a great pleasure serving you all through these years”. Hopefully, every process that needs to be done will be eased for all of them.
