8-Hour Flight Delay Without Notice, Anthony Loke Demands Apology From Malindo Air

8-hour flight delay without notice? No one likes a flight delay, especially one without prior notice. Yesterday, a Twitter user voiced their dissatisfaction with Malindo Air’s airline operator.

In their tweet, they said the airline wasn’t considerate of the passenger’s well-being, especially after knowing their flight was delayed. They didn’t provide neck pillows or blankets for the awaiting passengers in the airport. Not only that, but the delay from 11 pm to 6 am made the waiting worst.

8-hour flight delay, Anthony Loke quickly took the case into account

The user mentioned the Ministry of Transport, Anthony Loke, in their tweet. They wanted the minister to do something about it, as flight delays are quite common in Malaysian airlines.

Anthony Loke replied to the passenger’s concern by stating he had contacted Malindo Air.

“I have contacted the management of Malindo Air. They will contact all affected passengers to apologize and take responsibility,” he wrote

The minister added the airline would call every affected passenger to apologize and take immediate action for the inconvenience caused by the 8-hour flight delay.

As of now, there is no official statement has been given by Malindo Air.

We hope Malindo Air will take full responsibility for this issue immediately.
