Ex-PM Dato’ Sri Ismail Sabri Became A ‘Food Reviewer’

Dato’ Sri Ismail Sabri has been checking out all the ‘to-do’ things on his bucket list. Previously, Dato’ Sri went to UAE with his family last year. They had so much fun, and the ex-PM also shared his excitement on his Instagram account. Not only that, but Dato’ Sri said he enjoyed the trip so much that he no longer felt the burden of being a prime minister.

That’s good, Dato’ Sri. After all the hard work, it was a way to recuperate from the tension and responsibilities carried as the ninth prime minister. It might be his calling to rest and spend more time at home.

Since he’s no longer the governor of the country, some might wonder what Dato’ Sri is doing now. Well, aside from carrying out his duties as the MP of Bera and the vice president of UMNO, Dato’ Sri might have a new job that is so Gen-Z!

Dato’ Sri Ismail Sabri is now a food reviewer?

Many know that food reviewers and vloggers are one of the sort-out occupations in today’s world. Since technology has evolved and everyone spends more time on screen than off-screen, social media consumption is increasing.

Therefore, it isn’t weird if Dato’ Sri might have a new ‘job’ these days. He’s now a food reviewer!

In this video, Dato’ Sri is having dinner with his family. Firstly, Dato begins every food review video like a pro. He introduces every menu and says, “These are all my favourite [dishes].”

Some of the menus are a plate of white rice, ikan singgang (fish in sour/spicy broth), ikan rebus goreng (fried boiled fish), lidah lembu masak merah (cow’s tongue in red gravy), and telur dadar (omelette).

Secondly, Dato’ Sri adds his remarks by saying, “Ikan singgang cecah budu sedap ooo (ikan singgang with budu is very delicious).

Not only that, but he also jokes around with his felo perdana members, and they have a good laugh!

These are all Dato’ Sri’s favourite dishes, and judging from the way he says it, he might want us to check this restaurant out, like the pro food reviewer he is!

Netizens hit the ‘like’ button on this content

Seemingly, many enjoy watching this kind of content from the ex-minister. Anything food-related must appeal to Malaysians!
