TWICE’s ‘Breakthrough’ Award Symbolises Women’s Empowerment In Billboard Women In Music 2023

TWICE is basically one of the biggest K-Pop groups in the world. Known for their diversity, dashing looks and killer skills, the talented powerhouse is respected by many hoobae (junior) groups regardless if they’re a girl or boy group. Whatever they release, they’ll secure the charts, showing how passionate ONCE (their fandom name) are and how loved TWICE are by many.

Debuted in 2015 with a cute and lovely concept, the group continues to evolve as time passes. Nowadays, they’re showing more of their womanly charms than the cute and girly traits from previous comebacks.

As they’re gearing up for the release of their 12th mini album, Ready To Be, TWICE continues to take breaths away with whatever they have installed for us.

This marks the first girl K-Pop group to have gotten such recognition from Billboard!

The event begins at 10 pm EST (11 am MYT). And OMG! Everyone is so excited to witness the glitz and glam of the women in the house. It’s no surprise the #TWICE_BreakthroughAward is currently trending on Twitter!

Alongside TWICE, the line-up for tonight’s show is dope. This includes proclaimed Woman of the Year, SZA, Becky G, Doechii, Ivy Queen, Kim Petras, Lainey Wilson, Lana Del Ray and Rosalia.

The award solidifies the power woman has in the music scene. Not only that, but it also verifies the prominent influence of Asian artists in the mainstream entertainment industry.

Congratulations to TWICE for receiving such prestigious recognition!
