Fly To Bali For Free! Kaspersky Launches Baru Campaign For Malaysians

The cybersecurity brand introduces Baru Campaign in conjunction with the recent announcement of its new, simplified consumer solutions portfolio, available for Malaysia users. 

The new consumer campaign themed, Baru, also means new, is part of the brand’s latest awareness initiative for the consumers to start having security solution as 70% in Southeast Asia believes security solution is needed to protect their phones against cyberattacks, but only 26% have security solutions on their devices

Data published by Kaspersky recently shows that Malaysia remains top three in terms of phishing attacks in the region. Kaspersky Anti-Phishing system blocked 8.2 million phishing attacks in Malaysia last year.

Commenting on the Baru Campaign, Wong Wei Ping, Head of B2C for Southeast Asia at Kaspersky, “We just launched our new consumer portfolios, and we are truly excited to encourage the consumer to start focusing more on the security solutions especially on their mobile devices. The data from Kaspersky illustrated clearly that one out of every four consumers are yet to get their devices protected with a cybersecurity solution. With Baru Campaign, we want to incentivize the consumer through travel packages, attractive electronic devices, as we are very aware that Malaysians love traveling and are great in capturing these experiences with their devices. So let’s not allow cybercriminals ruin to these moments. Start protecting your devices, today.” 

To enter Kaspersky’s Baru Campaign, the participants just need to purchase the new Kaspersky consumer products from authorized online, offline stores, during the campaign period, from now till November 30 this year. The campaign is open to all individuals who are residents of Malaysia, aged 18 years or above. Each purchase will entitle the participant to one entry. 

The main prizes include four days three nights for two to Bali, trip for two to Cherating ClubMed, iPhone 14, Samsung Galaxy S23 5G and many more fabulous prizes.
