MOP KLIA Supports B40 Women This Ramadan And Eid Through Collaboration With Komuniti Tukang Jahit

The spirit of Ramadan encompasses a profound commitment to faith, compassion, humility, and service to others. One emphasis during this time is the importance of generosity and compassion towards those in need. 

Embracing the essence of the festivity, Mitsui Outlet Park KLIA Sepang (MOP KLIA), Japan’s branded factory outlet shopping mall supports B40 women through a collaboration with Komuniti Tukang Jahit (KTJ). KTJ aims to help the B40 women community by addressing issues related to poverty, gender inequality, and social and economic disparities in Malaysia. The organisation grants B40 women an opportunity to secure a stable income while being fully committed to their responsibilities, through providing them certified sewing skills.

MOP KLIA’s collaboration with KTJ, shoppers can now redeem an exclusive Batik-designed, handmade purse pouch produced by skilled B40 women, with a minimum accumulation of 500 points via Mitsui Shopping Park MY App. The redemption period starts from April 6th until 7th, 2024, on a first-come, first serve basis, and valid while stock last.
