J&T Express’ 6th Anniversary Bazaar A Resounding Success

The weekend was a burst of excitement as the nation’s leading global logistics service provider, J&T Express Malaysia recently celebrated its 6th anniversary with a grand bazaar event at Piazza, Pavilion Bukit Jalil. This event, part of J&T Express’ #KasiJadi campaign officiated by Yang Berhormat Fahmi Fadzil, Minister of Communications, was a resounding success attracting over 10,000 visitors who came together on a vibrant platform for vendors, entrepreneurs, and the public.

The two-day event was a lively celebration, brimming with a myriad of activities, live performances, and invaluable networking opportunities – marking a significant milestone in J&T Express’ journey within the e-commerce and logistics industry. Mr. Vincent Low, Vice President of J&T Express Malaysia, expressed that this event holds a special place in their hearts, serving as the perfect occasion to showcase their growth, dedication, and unwavering commitment to the community on the momentous occasion of their 6th anniversary.

“#KasiJadi symbolises the opportunities made possible through J&T Express Malaysia, providing a platform for vendors and logistics players to gain brand exposure and maximise their market shares,” said Mr. Vincent at the event.

“At J&T Express, we cherish our roots and remain committed to seamlessly connecting the world through our customer-centric approach and dedication to efficiency. Celebrating our 6th year with the #KasiJadi campaign, starting with this bazaar, holds special significance for us. This milestone would not have been possible without the unwavering support of our business partners, the trust of our customers, and the hard work and dedication of the J&T Express team.”

Adhering to their service philosophy of “Fast, Reliable, Innovative,” J&T Express Malaysia continues to provide comprehensive logistics solutions to its customers, achieving remarkable success both locally and internationally. In 2022, the company invested RM 600 million in a new logistics center in Bandar Rimbayu, and was officially listed on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange in October 2023. Recently, J&T Express Malaysia partnered with UOB Malaysia and Fass Payment Solutions (Fasspay) to offer contactless payment solutions for the customers – bringing further convenience nationwide.

“Our commitment to timeliness is evidenced by achieving a rate of 97% in our timeliness indicators. Continuously expanding, our daily operational capacity in 2024 has increased by 103.16% year-on-year, reflecting our dedication to meeting the evolving needs of our customers with enhanced capability and reliability. As we enter the third financial quarter of the year, we aim to surpass this record, enabling us to maintain our commitments and further enhance our services by introducing new delivery solutions and improving our digital infrastructure.”

Mr Vincent asserted that J&T Express Malaysia remains committed to growth and expansion, continually adapting to an ever-evolving industry. Through initiatives such as #KasiJadi, J&T Express will continue to support the community as a leading player in the industry and a staunch supporter of entrepreneurship.

“J&T Express Malaysia operates with remarkable efficiency and scale. With a widespread network comprising over 600 outlets strategically positioned across Malaysia, supported by more than 10 advanced automated sorting machines and over 3,000 vehicles, we ensure prompt and reliable service to meet market demands.”
