Twinings Malaysia brought the rich tradition of tea to life at its Time for Twinings event in Sabah, in collaboration with The Oak Street, a local café known for its inviting ambience and dedication to quality.
The event’s highlight was a unique video presentation by Stephen Twining, a tenth-generation member of the Twinings family. Guests were introduced to Twinings’ remarkable heritage and discovered what makes its teas so exceptional. Stephen’s captivating insights left attendees with a deeper appreciation of the brand’s legacy.
Attendees also had the chance to interact with the Twinings Experience Bar, where they were guided by specialists to create their own personalised tea blends. This experience allowed guests to explore the diverse range of Twinings teas and discover new ways to incorporate the brand into their everyday routines.
To complement the experience, the event featured three rounds of tea-based demonstrations that showcased the versatility of Twinings. Guests enjoyed seeing firsthand how to craft refreshing creations such as Unexpected Delicious, which combined Earl Grey with tropical passionfruit purée, cucumber syrup, and lime juice; Peach & Strawberry Iced Tea, a vibrant fusion of Twinings Peach Tea with strawberry syrup and lemon juice; and Fruity Shades of Grey, a blend of Earl Grey with Four Red Fruits and a hint of lime for a balanced, flavourful drink.
With over 50 guests in attendance, including media representatives, influencers, and tea lovers, the Time for Twinings event successfully brought together a community eager to learn more about Twinings and celebrate the art of tea.
