Julie’s x TudungPeople Unite for National Day: Limited-Edition Collectibles Celebrate ‘Semangat Malaysia’

Julie’s x TudungPeople Unite for National Day: Limited-Edition Collectibles Celebrate ‘Semangat Malaysia’

Two beloved Malaysian brands are joining forces this National Day to celebrate the spirit of unity and heritage in a uniquely creative way. Julie’s Biscuits and TudungPeople have launched a special collaboration under the theme Semangat Malaysia, spotlighting both tradition and togetherness.

The highlight of this collaboration is the Rasa Sayang collectible placemat, available exclusively with the purchase of any two packs of Julie’s Peanut Butter Sandwich (360g) or Cheese Sandwich (336g) biscuits in a single receipt at participating outlets including Aeon, Lotus, and Mydin across Peninsular Malaysia, from now until 16 September 2025.

The design blends Julie’s iconic biscuit motifs with TudungPeople’s elegant floral patterns, creating a stylish and functional dining keepsake that embodies Malaysian pride. Customers can redeem it while stocks last.

Beyond the placemat, the collaboration introduces an online-exclusive hand-drawn sticker sheet giveaway via Julie’s official Shopee and Lazada stores. The sheet features playful Malaysian-inspired illustrations, from nasi lemak to the Petronas Twin Towers, infused with Julie’s biscuit elements and TudungPeople’s design signature.

“This National Day, we are proud to join hands with TudungPeople in a collaboration that celebrates unity, creativity, and cultural pride. The Rasa Sayang placemat is not just beautiful, it’s a keepsake that honours our shared Malaysian identity,” said Tzy Horng Sai, Director of Julie’s Biscuits.

TudungPeople also unveiled its Flavours Scarf Collection, a nostalgic series of 11 prints inspired by Julie’s bold biscuit designs, available nationwide beginning 6 August 2025.

Founder of TudungPeople, Fazrena Aziz, described the collaboration as a heartfelt tribute:

“This project is a celebration of who we are as Malaysians, a beautiful blend of stories, flavours, and joyful memories. Working with Julie’s, a brand so many of us grew up with, was the perfect way to bring that sense of nostalgia and unity to life.”

The campaign reflects the spirit of Merdeka by bringing people together over the simple joys of food, design, and culture, proving that when two local brands unite with one semangat, the result is something truly memorable.
