  • House of the Dragon (third season), Summer 2026

extending each series run through 2028. Both series will air on HBO and be available to stream on HBO Max.

Additionally, Francesca Orsi, EVP, HBO Programming, Head of HBO Drama Series and Films, gave the press a peek into her heart.

“We are thrilled to be able to deliver new seasons of these two series for the next three years, for the legion of fans of the Game of Thrones universe.”

Honoring the Brilliance Behind the Art

Thanks to George R. R. Martin, the tale of our adventures will never fade. In fact, it’s like stepping inside the story itself,  where all emotions come alive.

Furthermore, Francesca Orsi also shared:

“In January, I think audiences will be delighted by the inspiring underdog tale of Dunk and Egg that George and Ira Parker have so beautifully captured. This Summer, House of the Dragon is set to ignite once again with some of its most epic battles yet.”
