Suntrack Launches Semi Detached Factories Near ELITE Highway to Serve Growing SME Industrial Needs

Suntrack Development Sdn. Bhd. has announced the launch of Suntrack Hub 2, a new industrial development with a gross development value (GDV) of RM318 million.

The project responds to strong demand from small and medium enterprises (SMEs) for practical, well-located industrial assets.

Designed to support both day-to-day operations and long-term business growth, Suntrack Hub 2 offers facilities tailored to modern industrial needs. This development reinforces the company’s commitment to providing strategic spaces that enable businesses to thrive.

Suntrack Hub 2 sits in the Bandar Baru Salak Tinggi industrial corridor. It is located about 10km from the Bandar Serenia Toll of the ELITE Highway.

The development enjoys direct connectivity to the highway, providing easy access for transport and logistics.

This route links the North–South Expressway with Kuala Lumpur and nearby industrial zones, enhancing operational efficiency for businesses.

Fronting Jalan Labohan Dagang–Nilai, the site offers efficient connectivity to Banting, Nilai, and wider logistics catchments.

The development sits on naturally elevated ground and incorporates a flood-safe design. This approach addresses a critical operational concern for industrial owners and helps minimise business disruption.

Its location beside the Bandar Baru Salak Tinggi commercial area, including Medan 120, also provides convenient access to daily amenities for both business owners and their workforce.

Suntrack Hub 2 comprises 62 units of two-storey semi-detached factories developed across 26.34 acres. Lot sizes start from 11,044 square feet, with built-up areas from 7,567 square feet, and pricing from RM4.1 million, positioning the project for established SMEs seeking long-term ownership and investors seeking rental return and appreciation.
