adidas Brings “Home of Originals” To The Campus Ampang, A New Cultural Playground For Sport, Style & Community

adidas has officially dropped its Home of Originals at The Campus Ampang, turning a former campus space into a new-age cultural hotspot where sport, style, and community collide.

This marks a major move for adidas Malaysia its first store outside a traditional mall setting, redefining retail as something more immersive, social, and community-driven.

Set within The Campus Ampang’s reimagined lifestyle neighbourhood, the space brings industrial inspired interiors together with a curated lineup of adidas Originals. Think fashion-forward apparel, sneakers, accessories, and a dedicated “MADE FOR YOU” zone built for personalised self-expression.

According to Country Manager adidas Malaysia, Preston Page, the concept is designed to reflect how the brand now shows up in cities.

“The Home of Originals at The Campus Ampang represents a new way for adidas to show up in the city,” he said.

“It’s no longer just retail, it’s a community-led space, shaped by local culture, from run clubs and events to future activations like the adidas Football Park.”

A WEEKEND DROP EXPERIENCE, NOT JUST A STORE OPENING

To celebrate the launch, adidas rolled out an opening weekend experience from 1 to 3 May 2026, designed more like a lifestyle drop than a typical retail event.

For adiClub members, spending RM399 unlocked a curated “street experience”:

  • Free ice cream by Piccoli Lotti
  • Fresh pastries from Universal Bakehouse

On top of that, selected purchases of adidas Essentials Tees came with a limited Campus vinyl giveaway turning shopping into a collectible-style moment.

AdiClub members also tapped into the rewards culture, redeeming points for exclusive Pilates sessions at Flow Studio, adding a wellness twist to the hype-driven weekend.

FROM STORE TO STREET CULTURE: FOOTBALL PARK ERA

But adidas isn’t stopping at retail.

The brand is also transforming the nearby football field into the upcoming adidas Football Park, a community-driven space designed to bring the energy of the game closer to the people.

More than just a pitch, it’s expected to become a hub for activations, meet-ups, and football culture experiences in the city.

A NEW CITY HUB FOR ORIGINALS

The Home of Originals is located at LOT G-14, Ground Level, The Campus Ampang.
