Not Your Typical City: Puma And Manchester City Unveil The 26/27 Home Kit

Kuala Lumpur, 22 May 2026 — Malaysian fans of Manchester City will be among the first in the region to get their hands on the Club’s new 26/27 Home Kit, unveiled today by global sports brand PUMA. The latest drop continues the Club’s tradition of bold, progressive design that mirrors its relentless pursuit of excellence on and off the pitch.

Running through a full gradient of sky blue – darker at the shoulders and lightening as it falls – the shirt is finished with a striking metallic monochrome crest and sponsor details. The design speaks to the idea of progression, of a club always moving forward and never settling for where it currently stands.

The overall effect is a kit that feels modern and distinctive while remaining unmistakably City.

Maria Kiebacher, PUMA Director Product Line Management Teamsport Apparel, said:

“Manchester City is not a typical football club, and everything about this kit and this campaign reflects that. The gradient tells a story of ambition and progression, and it reflects a club that has always been willing to do things differently. We are very proud of what we have created together, and we think the fans are going to love wearing this shirt.”

The ‘Not Your Typical City’ campaign is a playful take on the mentality that has defined this club’s era of dominance. No matter how much has been achieved, the hunger at Manchester City has always remained the same; there is another goal, another record to break, another level to reach.

With the likes of Pep Guardiola, Erling Haaland and Alex Greenwood answering calls about unusual happenings in Manchester, the launch video spotlights the full-kit in a not-so-typical environment.

Serena Gosling, Director of Retail, Licensing & Integrated Fan Experience, said:

“Every season, the new Home kit reveal is an exciting moment for our fans, and we hope this one is going to land in a really special way. Remaining true to the Club’s identity with our iconic City blue, the kit has a subtle modern twist to bring it into the new season. It’s City, but Not Your Typical City.’

The Authentic jersey is built with PUMA’s ULTRAWEAVE fabric – an ultra-lightweight performance material precision-woven for unrestricted movement and distraction-free performance. dryCELL and ThermoAdapt technologies work in tandem to manage sweat and regulate body heat, ensuring that the technical demands of elite football are met across every minute of every match.

For fans, the Replica jersey delivers the same match-worn aesthetic in a casual silhouette suited to game day and everyday wear and is made using RE:FIBRE technology, 95% recycled polyester sourced from textile waste, making sustainability as central to the kit as performance.

The 26/27 Manchester City Home Kit will be available in Malaysia from 20 May at selected PUMA flagship stores and via PUMA.com. The collection includes the
Manchester City 26/27 Authentic Home Jersey, priced at RM549 and presented in exclusive packaging, as well as the Manchester City 26/27 Replica Home Jersey, priced at RM319.
