Sabato’s
Sabato’s, the first and only retro-inspired Italian-American restaurant in Malaysia, keeps the celebrations going into June. This time, with a heartfelt nod to fathers and a recharged Social Club aperitivo hour.
Festa della Papà
On 20th and 21st June 2026, Sabato’s pays tribute to fatherhood with Festa Della Papà. Lunch and dinner service will be available across both days, inviting families and loved ones to celebrate over Sabato’s signature à la carte favourites alongside a Father’s Day-only curated sharing dish priced at RM350 nett.
The sharing dish begins with Portobello Supreme – baked portobello loaded with garlic mushrooms, truffle cheese sauce, herb crumbs, capsicum salsa, rocket, and shaved grana – before the star of the show: a charcoal-grilled Australian Angus T-Bone (600g), served with roasted potatoes, mixed salad, and Sabato’s black pepper sauce. Classic Tiramisu rounds off the indulgent experience.
This year’s celebration is elevated further through a stylish collaboration powered by BOSS, blending fashion, fragrance, and flavour into a multi-sensory Father’s Day experience. One father per booking will receive an exclusive co-branded BOSS and Sabato’s invitation card, entitling fathers to a complimentary styling-fitting experience at the BOSS boutique in The Exchange TRX from 20-28 June 2026, alongside a RM150 cash voucher redeemable in-store.
Additionally, the first 50 Father’s Day bookings will receive an exclusive BOSS Father’s Day gifts featuring a BOSS cap, pouch, and BOSS The Collection fragrance sample.
As part of the set experience, fathers are invited to roll up their sleeves for ‘Make Your Own Damn Drink’ – an interactive cocktail-making experience guided by Sabato’s bar team, reimagined in collaboration with BOSS Fragrances. Guests may choose between two specially curated cocktails inspired by the BOSS The Collection fragrance: Sensual Geranium, featuring geranium, plum, lavender and cinnamon notes; or Noble Wood, a richer expression built with whiskey and vanilla.
In a first-of-its-kind pairing experience, guests will be invited to spritz the matching BOSS fragrance before sipping their handcrafted cocktail, creating an immersive sensory journey that blends scent and taste in one bold moment. The corresponding full-sized fragrance bottles will also accompany the cocktails served throughout the Father’s Day dining experience, welcoming all guests to experience the fragrance with a try-on.
The celebration is further complemented by Sabato’s signature polaroid memory moments, capturing candid family interactions for guests to take home as keepsakes from the occasion.
- Sabato’s Social Club – Spritz (RM130 nett per person)
The Social Club returns in June with a new monthly aperitivo identity. Running daily from 6pm to 7:30pm, the Spritz edition invites guests to a free-flow selection of Campari Coffee Spritz, Aperol Spritz, and Campari Spritz. Two bites are included, chosen from the best-selling Godfather Meatballs, mozzarella sticks, or calamari.

June brings a fresh rotation to Rise & Grind’s grab-and-go lineup, with new seasonal drinks, pastries, and sandwiches that are worth a bite. Powering the coffee experience is Ghostbird Coffee Company, an award-winning homegrown specialty roaster that has grown into one of Malaysia’s most beloved names in the specialty coffee scene, known for its commitment to making quality coffee accessible and its dedication to championing local producers.
