Pandora Reopens Pavilion KL And Suria KLCC Boutiques With A Fresh New Look

Pandora is giving its retail experience a makeover, with two of its key Kuala Lumpur boutiques reopening under the brand’s new EVOKE concept.

Pandora Malaysia has reopened its boutiques at Pavilion Kuala Lumpur and Suria KLCC, bringing a more contemporary, immersive and personalised shopping experience to jewellery lovers.

The Pavilion Kuala Lumpur boutique reopened on 31 July, followed by the Suria KLCC boutique on 6 August, marking the latest step in Pandora Malaysia’s efforts to refresh its retail experience.

A Softer, More Personal Shopping Experience

Both boutiques now feature Pandora’s EVOKE retail concept, recognisable by its soft pink colour palette, open-plan layout and curated retail spaces designed to make browsing the brand’s hand-finished jewellery feel more relaxed and inviting.

The reopening celebrations also featured ribbon-cutting ceremonies, boutique tours and interactive activities attended by mall representatives, media and KOLs.

But if you’re looking for something a little more personal, the newly reopened Suria KLCC boutique now has another feature worth checking out.

You Can Now Engrave Your Pandora Jewellery At Suria KLCC

Customers can personalise selected Pandora pieces with names, initials, meaningful dates or special messages through the boutique’s jewellery engraving service.

Suria KLCC is now one of only three Pandora boutiques in Klang Valley offering the service, alongside The Exchange TRX and IOI City Mall.

Whether it’s a special date, someone’s initials or a little message that means something to you, the service adds an extra personal touch to Pandora’s jewellery.

According to Pandora Malaysia General Manager Christine Siew, the refreshed boutiques and personalisation services are part of the brand’s efforts to create a more meaningful and memorable retail journey for customers.

With the reopening of both boutiques, Pandora continues to expand its evolving retail concept while bringing a more personalised shopping experience to customers across Malaysia.
