TV3’s ‘Wanita Hari Ini’ Gets a Fresh Makeover, Welcomes Three New Hosts and New Segments

TV3’s long-running women’s talk show Wanita Hari Ini (WHI) is entering a new chapter with a refreshed format, expanded host lineup and new content designed to connect with today’s Malaysian women.

Beginning September 13, 2026, WHI will air in a new weekly slot every Sunday from 2pm to 3pm, featuring a mix of lifestyle, beauty, food, relationships, personal stories and conversations on current topics.

The revamped programme will introduce six main segments that is WHI Trend, WHI Cantik, WHI Menu, WHI Curhat, WHI Kasih and Pesona Nona, each focusing on different aspects of women’s everyday lives.

Three New Faces Join WHI

One of the biggest changes is the addition of three new hosts.

Hanna Faresha, Nurin Razmyn and Izza Izelan will join existing hosts Fiza Sabjahan, Syahira Izzaty and Sugeeta Chandran, bringing the programme’s main hosting lineup to six.

Each new host brings a different background to the show. Hanna is an actress and hijab style icon, Nurin is an influencer, while Izza is an experienced broadcast journalist. Their addition is intended to bring fresh perspectives while complementing the existing team.

The new-look WHI was officially introduced during a press conference at Balai Berita in Bangsar on September 10.

More Than Just a Sunday Show

WHI is also expanding beyond its main weekly programme with WHI Vibe, a five-minute segment airing from Monday to Friday between 12pm and 12.05pm.

New digital content will also be released at noon across WHI’s official digital platforms, giving audiences another way to keep up with the programme beyond television.

The refreshed segments will cover everything from current lifestyle trends, hobbies, fashion and daily tips to beauty, health, affordable recipes and viral food.

Meanwhile, WHI Curhat will highlight emotional real-life stories involving love, loss, family, careers and personal challenges, while WHI Kasih explores relationships involving family, romance and friendship.

Pesona Nona, on the other hand, will feature interviews with celebrities and inspiring women, offering audiences a closer look at their experiences and personal journeys.

Evolving With a New Generation

Farah Shamsudin, Acting Chief Operating Officer of Content & Audience Strategy, TV Networks & Content at Media Prima, said WHI has built its own distinctive value as a brand that has accompanied audiences across generations.

She explained that the transformation reflects an effort to keep WHI relevant in a constantly changing media landscape while retaining the identity and strengths that have earned viewers’ trust over the years.

With a combination of familiar personalities, new faces and broader content across television and digital platforms, Wanita Hari Ini is positioning its latest transformation as a new chapter for the long-running programme while continuing to celebrate the stories, aspirations and experiences of Malaysian women.
