Police Officers Celebrate Police Day On Fields, Will Be At Front Line Against COVID-19

Every March 25 every year, Malaysia will celebrate Police Day in honor of all police who are serving, retired, and also who has passed away.

However, another story this year when the 213th Police Day celebration did not seem to be celebrated like in previous years. It is because of the COVID-19 outbreak and most of the current police officer was on duty urging the people to obey the Movement Control (MCO) declared by the government.

Here is a special speech from Malaysian Prime Minister Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin in conjunction with the 213th Police Day. In the video, he thanked all the policemen who were willing to sacrifice and serve, especially when the country was in critical condition.
