A Hotel In Cyberjaya Turns To Quarantine Center, Being A Part Help Malaysia Fight Against COVID-19

It is believed that about 1,014,386 people have been diagnosed with COVID-19 disease worldwide with a death rate of over 52,000 while about 212, 018 have recovered.

To keep the virus from spreading, the Malaysian Government has called several hotels to served as a Quarantine Center for Malaysians who returned from overseas

According to a statement by Fox Hotel, they feel that they are committed to helping Malaysia fight the virus from keep spreading. Thus, Fox Hotel is now functioning as a quarantine center.

The hotel will be monitored by the Ministry of Health (KKM) and Polis Diraja Malaysia (PDRM) during the quarantine that is 14 days. It starts effectively on April 2, 2020.

Added by the statement, access from the hotel to Dpulze will be closed. No people will be allowed to go in or out by the Fox Hotel.

“Rest assured that all precautionary measures of containment and public safety are being practiced and employed,” said Fox Hotel in the statement.
