Crying Benefits, How It Affects Our Body and Mind

We all cry, it’s part of being human.  According to Healthline, research from 2015 shows, happy tears happen when we experience emotions so intense that they become unmanageable.

When these emotions begin to overwhelm you, you might cry or scream (perhaps both) in order to help get those emotions out.

Public Health Malaysia also shares that crying helps increase your sense of connection, which can improve your mood and overall wellness.

Crying is a normal human response when dealing with emotional situations such as sadness, joy, anger and fear.

After crying, dry eyelashes will return to moisture. The eyes will also feel more relaxed and move more smoothly.

In fact, tears also contain anti-germ ingredients that protect against eye infections. Tears contain a lysozome that can act as a “natural antibiotic”

After crying, tears flow into the nasal cavity. The breathing room will be smoother, the heart rate will return to normal. You will feel more at ease and calm.

After crying, natural sadness and sadness can be alleviated. Tears stimulate the parasympathetic force that helps an individual to calm down.

After crying, the hormones oxytocin and endorphins are secreted. These hormones help to relieve physical and emotional pain. These hormones also work to create excitement and excitement.

After crying, toxins and chemicals that cause stress will be released through tears. Researchers believe that crying can reduce toxins in the body.

Crying is one of the signs of depression. Get treatment if you:

  • Crying for no apparent reason
  • Crying too often
  • Affect your daily life

Crying is a normal human reaction when dealing with emotional situations. When you are in a state of sadness, pain and anger .. crying can give you some relief.
