Government Agreed To Allow Malaysians To Return To Singapore To Work, Waiting Negotiations Done From Both Country

The Malaysia’s government has agreed to allow the people of this country to return to Singapore for work purposes.

Senior Minister (Security Cluster) Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri Yaakob said the country had also agreed to conduct a swab test for those involved, if requested by the Singapore government.

“The approval process will begin following talks between the two countries between the Secretary-General of Malaysia and Singapore,” said Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri.

“After obtaining these terms, we will present the special ministerial address before it is approved,” he said.

Meanwhile, Ismail Sabri said the Sultan Ibrahim Foundation and two Singapore companies had contributed two COVID-19 test laboratories and a test kit to the country.
