Regardless of men or women, we all have moments where we are more emotional. In other perception, that women are more emotional than men, and it is likely that we do not know the real cause of women’s sudden anger or emotions.
Recent studies have shown that men are more sensitive than women in the work environment. The results of the study suggest that men are twice as likely to feel emotionally or emotionally hostile when something goes wrong with them at work.
After surveying 2,000 employees and employers to ask about their emotions while at work, Totaljobs from the United Kingdom revealed the data. In the same survey conducted by Totaljobs, most of their respondents were not able to express their emotions or express their feelings freely while in the office.
About 60 percent of them say that a workplace is not a good place to express emotions or feelings, while the rest say they are more receptive, showing only positive emotions to people around the workplace.
Totaljobs also points out that this is not an easy solution to create an optimal work environment. Meanwhile, the company from the United Kingdom has only suggested ways in which these men and women can better control their emotions.
This includes suggesting that everyone at work can develop positive emotions by exercising and sharing things or problems with trusted colleagues.
