Restaurant Fill ‘Ghosts’ To Promote Social Distancing

A restaurant in Michigan found an interesting way to promote social distancing since people can’t eat at the restaurant.

Trattoria Da Luigi in Royal Oak, Mich put “ghosts” on every seat instead of remove all of the seat including the table cause of the restriction eating at restaurants. Luigi Cutraro, the restaurant’s owner, does not want his restaurant to look empty cause it’s going to wipe all the vibe like people used to be crowded.

Hate the feeling of emptiness to the restaurant, his wife, came out with the most creative idea by putting the “ghosts” to make the restaurant look alive even with the dead.

“When you remove a table, it’s like someone comes into your house and there are two chairs instead of a whole living room,” said Cutraro.

Shutting down the restaurant for three months was a heartbreaking news for him. Then when it could reopen with restriction which can’t eat inside, this “ghosts” idea is helping people to aware the importance of social distancing and also it cheers up the whole restaurant.
