Free Hygiene Kit for Every Malaysia Airlines Passengers

A post by Malaysia Airlines on Facebook stated that they will be giving free hygiene kit for all passengers on board. In conjunction with the “Fly Confidently” campaign, a new initiative had been taken by Malaysia Airlines to ensure their passengers’ safety.

Malaysian Airlines’ Group Chief Marketing and Customer Experience Officer Lau Yin May said, “Malaysia Airlines is committed to ensuring that we provide our passengers an end-to-end travel experience that assures them the peace of mind they need when they travel with us,”.

“From the moment they book their flights, arrive at the airport, and go through immigration to board their flights, each step has been seamlessly integrated with enhanced safety and health measures to better protect our passengers and crew,” Lau added.

This initiative to make passengers feel safer, comfortable, and confident with the flight.

The hygiene kit comes with a non-surgical face mask, a sachet of hand sanitizer, and a sachet of sanitary wipes, all packed in a sealed pouch. These bags are small enough to fit in passengers’ pockets.
