Yang Dipertuan Agong Spending Time Exercising With The Officers And Staff Of Istana Negara

Yang Dipertuan Agong, Al-Sultan Abdullah Ri’ayatuddin Al-Mustafa Billah Shah today spend time exercising with the officers and staff of Istana Negara.

It is believed that His Majesty doing exercise activities around the Istana Negara area to maintain fitness and improve health.

According to an update on the Facebook page of Istana Negara, he was seen wearing sports clothes and running with other staff around the palace area.

It can be seen that he also observing officers and security personnel who were doing push-ups at the field.

His Majesty before this had participated in training at the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst in the United Kingdom from 1978 to 1979.

“His Majesty called on Malaysians to always do exercise activities to improve their fitness and personal health, especially at this time the country is still fighting the threat of the COVID-19 epidemic,” said the page.
