Friends. There is no need to be afraid to eat at any time during the diet. Because the diet is not about time to stop, time to eat. As long as you keep calories then it’s ok.

1. Many people are worried after hearing that if the diet was over 8 pm, they should not eat rice. Breakfast is required at 7 am.

2. The fact is, you cannot do that.

3. Our life schedule varies. There are people who work night shifts and have to sleep during the day. So, they missed breakfast.

4. There is also people who work morning shift and they can eat at 8 pm comfortably. And some people even eat at 11 pm.

5. About what time to eat, late at night or early in the morning is not a major factor in weight gain.

6. If you work late at night, then of course your dinner may be late.

7. So you do not have to force yourself to eat early and as a result, you will starve while you work. Eat it anytime. Create your own timetable.

8. The main thing is not to eat or eat before a certain hour. But the main thing is how you control the quantity and maintain the quality of the food you take.

9. Those who say not to eat more than 8 pm because of fear becoming fat is just a myth. Only self-confidence.

10. Eat at what time you can.

Controlling calories, keeping quality, Insya-Allah you can lose weight even after eating more than 8 pm. That’s it. Make it easier.
