11 New Cases Of COVID-19 Reported In Malaysia

PUTRAJAYA, August 10 – The Ministry of Health (MOH) has confirmed that there are 11 new cases of COVID-19 infection reported today.
The figure brings the total number of cases to 9,094. Its director-general, Datuk Dr. Noor Hisham Abdullah said, five (5) cases are import cases which all involve Malaysian citizens.
Meanwhile, six (6) of them involved cases of local infection transmission including three (3) cases from the Kurau Cluster in Perak.
Meanwhile, 19 cases were reported to have recovered, bringing the cumulative number of cases cured and allowed to be discharged increased to 8,803 cases equivalent to 96.8 percent.
No deaths were recorded, the number remains 125 cases to this day.
