Easy Way To Create Your Own MySejahtera QR Code For Your Premises

Following the COVID-19 epidemic that is still happening in Malaysia, the use of MySejahtera application is very important to facilitate the detection of close contacts in premises throughout the country.

The use of this application will also be mandatory in all premises nationwide, through the Prevention and Control of Infectious Diseases Act 1988 (Act 342).

If you still use the logbook to record the customer’s name and details, here’s an easy way to generate your own MySejahtera QR code for your premises:

1. Visit the website https://mysejahtera.malaysia.gov.my/intro/

2. Click on the button ‘Register MySejahtera Check-In’ or ‘ Register MySejahtera Check In’

3. Enter the phone number for OTP code verification and press ‘Register’.

4. Fill in your premises information such as name, address, and telephone number. Press Submit.

5. Your QR code is ready to use.

In addition, you are also reminded to continue to adhere to standard operating procedures (SOP) by practicing physical imprisonment and wearing a face mask when in public and crowded places.
