Keep COVID Free to Community That Has Been Declared Green Zone

The outbreak of coronavirus has occurred since the end of 2019. The disease started in Wuhan, China before it is spread all over the world. Since then, every part of the world has been affected by the virus, and the cases of infected people increasing every day.

Coronavirus disease is a disease in which the virus infects our respiratory tract. Common symptoms to people who were infected are fever, dry cough, and tiredness. However, there are people who are infected without carrying any symptoms.

All people are encouraged to keep safe and avoid going to public places. Many countries have been implementing strict rules to curb the disease.

Recently, the National Security Council Prime Minister’s Department tweeted on its Twitter account of how a community should take action to stay free from COVID-19.

This is to curb the spreading of the virus in a community that has been declared as a green zone, zero active cases in the community. A few more districts have been declared as a green zone up until today which shows that Malaysia is being proactive in slowing down the pandemic.

The council shared a few steps that need to be taken to prevent the emerging of the virus in a community. The residents in a community need to be well-aware of the prevention steps as it will affect many people’s life.

The community has to enforce the action and not to feel at comfort with the community being declared as a green zone. If the steps are being taken for granted, it is not possible for the coronavirus to spread again in the community.
