Meanwhile, DBKL in another statement, said it had carried out sanitation operations on public facilities in the federal capital from 5 pm to 7 pm yesterday.

They included the footbridges within the vicinity of the Pudu Raya walkway and bus stops at Cheras Velodrome.

“This operation is carried out periodically by DBKL. It is done to curb the spread of COVID-19 in public places as well as give confidence to the public to use the facility,” it said.
