5 Hacks To Have A Supercharged Morning

Everyone has experienced the laziness to wake up and wants to be on the bed all day long. This happens many times even after we have slept early and well. For those who still have a lazy morning and hard to wake up on time, here we have listed five hacks to have a supercharged morning.

1. Stop Hitting The Snooze Button

It is not good to hit the snooze button after getting a good night’s sleep. Researchers found out that, the last half hour of your sleep is called fragmented sleep which means affects your ability to function for the whole day.

There is a hack called the 90-minute trick where you can set an alarm for 90 minutes before you wake up and exactly for the time you want to wake up. The 90 minutes of sleep before you really wake up will help you wake up after your REM state, instead of in the middle of it.

2. Have A Glass Of Water The First Thing

Dehydration also one of the reasons you feel unenergized, sleepy, lazy, and can cause mood disruptions. A glass of water help to hydrate yourself in the morning. Adding some lemon to it, will make it more hydrating and hydrate you faster.

3. Do Some Stretching

When you sleep at night, all of your muscles get paralyzed. Some light exercise in the morning is the best thing to do where it reactive them and releases energy stimulating endorphins in the body to help you wake up easier.

4. Sprinkle Some Water On Your Face

Having water sprinkled on your face really helps you to open your eyes especially when getting out of the bed is your main problem. It’s best to take a cold shower to freshen up your body instantly.

5. Have Your Breakfast On Time

A long gap between the time you wake up and your breakfast will negatively affect you. This is because when you seep, your body is fasting for six to eight hours straight. It is suggested to fuel your body as soon as you get up in the morning to provide you the energy that you need.
