Your room is the place where you start and end your day. The physical space in which you live and spend a lot of your time has a significant role in the way we behave in real life. A tidy room becomes a peaceful and ordered place with no clutter around, you will be out of stress and less distracted. You could spend a more relaxing time right before bed and get to sleep calmly.
