3 Reasons Why You Should Stop Wash Your Hair Daily

Hair is like a crown to a woman, but how many people really know about how often you need to wash your hair. If asked this question to 10 women, the answer given would be different for each person.

Washing your hair every day is actually not good because you should wash it 1-2 times a week only. Washing your hair regularly will cause some affect your hair.

1. Scalp

Too much washing will cause dryness and reduce oil on the scalp. When the scalp becomes dry, dandruff and scaly debris will occur. Eventually, hair growth slows down due to weak hair roots.

2. Hair color

For those who dye their hair, it will make the color fade quickly. That is why hairdressers will recommend those who dye their hair to wash 2-3 times a week using special shampoo and conditioner.

3. Temperature

A small amount will let the hair dry naturally. At the very least, after washing your hair, you should use a hairdryer until it is dry. Therefore, the more often the hair is washed, the more heat is used. As a result, the hair will become damaged, dry, and lifeless.

Not everyone chooses shampoo and conditioner that has 100% natural ingredient. And in order to save your hair and scalp, do not wash regularly. When exposure to chemicals is too high, it is likely that some scalp-related diseases occur.

Wanting to wash your hair is not wrong but do little research to learn about the right skin types of hair and techniques to maintain hair moisture.
