There are a few of us who really like food. But if we think back, anyone would love to eat right? Although we love to eat, our body health must also always be taken care of to continue daily activities.

However, did you know there are some types of food that can make us happy after eating it? Especially if we are not in the mood for certain days, surely these foods we will definitely look for to please ourselves.

1. Avocado

Avocado fruit is rich in Tryptophan, an essential amino acid used by the brain to produce serotonin. Not only that, but Avocado fruit is also beneficial for skin, hair, and even nails.

2. Berries

Berries like blueberries, raspberries, and strawberries have the nutrients anthocyanidins and anthocyanins. These nutrients can help reduce depression and stress.

3. Dark Chocolate

This mouth sweetener is high in magnesium which can help reduce anxiety and calm muscles. Dark chocolate also contains phenylethylamine (PEA), a chemical produced by the brain when you are in love. Not only that, eating chocolate can also make you feel happier.

4. Green Tea

Although tea has long been considered a soothing drink, green tea is full of theanine. Green tea is known for lowering stress and anxiety as well as improving mood. If you want to get the maximum benefit, use high quality Japanese green tea.

5. Walnuts

Walnuts contain B vitamins and are considered a suitable snack to improve mood. These nuts help maintain mood balance, fight fatigue, restlessness, stress, tension, and irritability. In addition, walnuts are rich in Omega 3 which helps the brain function properly and counteract depression.
